What EnteleWALLET is, how it connects, and who controls the assets.
What is EnteleWALLET?
EnteleWALLET is a non-custodial wallet connection and transaction-safety interface. It is designed to help you connect supported external wallets, inspect activity, verify recipients, review risk information and prepare transactions while keeping signing authority with the connected wallet.
Is EnteleWALLET custodial?
No. The current EnteleWALLET architecture is non-custodial: transaction signing remains with the connected external wallet. EnteleWALLET does not become the owner or custodian of the assets simply because a wallet is connected.
Does EnteleWALLET store my private key or seed phrase?
The supported external-wallet flow is designed so private keys, seed phrases and mnemonics remain outside EnteleWALLET. Never enter a seed phrase or private key into a support form, email, direct message or website page that asks for it.
Does connecting a wallet give EnteleWALLET permission to move funds?
No. A connection exposes only the permissions provided by the wallet and protocol. A transaction that requires signing must still be approved through the connected wallet. Always inspect the wallet confirmation before approving it.
Security and transaction protection
How recipient checks, simulation and transaction review fit together.
What security checks can EnteleWALLET perform before a transaction?
The application includes transaction-insight and pre-sign review capabilities, recipient/address safeguards, connected-wallet diagnostics, token and spam defences, and transaction simulation where the selected network and operation support it. These controls reduce avoidable mistakes but cannot remove blockchain, smart-contract, market or third-party wallet risk.
Can EnteleWALLET guarantee that a transaction is safe?
No. Security analysis and simulation are decision-support controls, not a guarantee. A malicious contract, compromised device, deceptive token, wallet-provider defect, network failure or changing on-chain state can still create loss. Treat every final wallet approval as a security-critical action.
How should I verify an address before sending?
Use the Secure Address Book and Recipient Guard where available, compare the complete destination address with a trusted source, confirm the selected network, and verify the final recipient again inside the external wallet confirmation. Do not rely only on the first and last characters of an address.
What should I do if a transaction looks suspicious?
Do not approve it. Close the signing request, disconnect the site if necessary, review connected applications and approvals, and report the incident through the official Support or Security channels. Never continue because a third party tells you the warning is harmless.
Recovery, access and privacy
What happens if access is lost and what EnteleWALLET can and cannot recover.
Can EnteleWALLET recover my external wallet if I lose its seed phrase?
No. In a non-custodial external-wallet model, recovery authority belongs to the wallet and recovery method you chose. EnteleWALLET cannot reconstruct a missing seed phrase or private key. Follow the recovery instructions of the wallet provider you actually use.
What if I lose access to my EnteleWALLET account?
Use only the official sign-in and account-recovery paths on the canonical EnteleWALLET application. Account recovery does not recreate an external wallet seed phrase and does not transfer custody of externally held assets to EnteleWALLET.
Will support ever ask me for my seed phrase or private key?
No legitimate support workflow should require your seed phrase or private key. Do not share them with anyone claiming to be support, an administrator, an exchange, an auditor or a recovery specialist.
How can I check that I am on an official EnteleWALLET domain?
Use the Official Domains page before connecting or signing. Bookmark the canonical application and avoid links sent through unsolicited messages. If a domain is not listed as official, treat it as untrusted until independently verified.
Quantum readiness and mobile delivery
The exact boundary between active protections, testnet research and release evidence.
Is EnteleWALLET already a production post-quantum blockchain wallet?
No such production claim is made. EnteleWALLET is developing and validating isolated post-quantum testnet capabilities, including a QRL Zond external-signer pilot. Testnet evidence does not equal production-mainnet post-quantum transaction evidence, independent certification or a guarantee of quantum safety.
What does “quantum-ready” mean for EnteleWALLET today?
It means the engineering programme is preparing for cryptographic agility and evaluating post-quantum transaction paths under isolated, fail-closed test conditions. Claims are intentionally limited to evidence that has actually been produced and verified.
Does the QRL testnet pilot keep the QRL private key outside EnteleWALLET?
Yes. The pilot is designed around an external signer: the private key remains in the external QRL wallet, while EnteleWALLET validates the intended testnet transaction and correlates observable chain evidence. This pilot remains separate from production-mainnet claims.
Is the iPhone/iPad app already App Store approved?
Do not assume store approval from development or simulator evidence. Native iPhone/iPad delivery is subject to its own signed-release and distribution validation. Use only the official Install page and official store listing when a production mobile release is published.
